Added a new page onto my site, check it out when you get a chance. Its called "the review". Prolly update it
everyother day or so, wherenever something interesting comes up to be reviewed. If anyone has any ideas let me know, otherwise...later

Tonite I will be doing something I told myself I would never do... I am going to go see Harry Potter. I admit that I will
only be paying $1.75 for the show, so that makes it o.k. Was supposed to go see it last night but plans got changed, if we
would of seen it last night it would of only been a buck! Damn coulda saved myelf .75, oh well, guess I can spare the .75.
I actually read the book so I believe this will be one of the first times I can have that conversation of "yes I do believe
the book was better than the movie" or "that movie made no sense, the book was so different." Well either
way I am sure it won't compare to the book, I actually enjoyed reading it. I know that it's not really a novel, but I can't
remember the last book I actually finished that wasn't on Michael Jordan. Guess that was why I was an art major in school,
or something like that. Actually wanna go see E.T. but goin with two other guys to see it just seems a little weird, not like
goin to see HarryAss Potter is ok for 3 guys to go see together. But the theatre we go to is dead all the time, last time
we went there we saw "Orange County", the girl at the register I think would rather of had us just walk in without
paying because she had to get her fat ass off the stool and help us. Damn girl gave us all a dirty look just for being there...
customer service at its best my friend. Highlight of that night was Al trying to take letters that spelled his name off the
boards outside the show... high comedy. He really wanted this big banner, which I believe we could of taken because besides
fatty at the register there were like 2 others working there, and I doubt they gave two shits on what we did. I'll have a
review of Harryass tomorrow so be sure to check back. Time to heat up my 1.35 mac n' cheese...later

Almost a whole week gone by with my apartment all to myself, have I done anything different...ummm no! It's not like i'm 17
and my parents are going out of town for the weekend or something, I am 24 yrs old and most of my friends have there own places
and are able to get into bars. So there really is no reason for me to through this huge party. But better than that I have
quiet at all times, unless I am making noise of course, or my rock-star neighbor is playn his guitar...same damn 4 cords all
night....uggghhhh!
Opening day only 6 days away... whoo hooo!!!
And very happy to say, but going to the Cubs home opener on Friday and the 2nd game of the season on Saturday. I will not
talk about the opener or how I got tix to protect the innocent, but lets just say I think it is gonna be a great time. Saturday's
game has become kind of a tradition with my grandpa, my dad and myself. For the last 4 years we have gotten tix to the 2nd
home game of the season, and I have the Magnet Schedules to prove it. Yes Magnet Schedule day!!!!! Hopefully the cubs will
win both those games, but either way, should be a blast.
Al stumbled upon this web-site from some guy we don't even know, but some of his writings are funny as hell. Here is a link
to the site, check it out www.x-entertainment.com.
There is another site that I do check out daily that I believe is pretty funny, http://espn.go.com/page2/. Most of the stuff
on there is good, but they have a writer named Bill Simmons "The Sports Guy". Now this guy is definetly high comedy. You really
appreciate it if you like sports or are a sports widow.
Back to work, later...

2nd place, that is what my v-ball team ended up finishing. Which isn't too bad considering we finished in 3rd at the end
of the regular season. Lost in the championship to a pretty good team, which we could of beaten but we really beat ourselves.
Had a good time though so that is a good thing. Only bad thing about the playoffs Friday was that it lasted until 10:30, had
to re-adjust some plans but ended up doing what I had planned on anyway.
Saturday was a slow day for me, went and got my car washed, very nice weather on saturday! And pretty much just slept
the afternoon away, had a shitty nights sleep on saturday... but it was worth it ;)
Went out with Ken and his g/f and some of her friends out in Naperville, was an ok time but nothn too exciting. Sunday
had the always exciting baseball fantasy draft, was a fun time but just lasted a little to long for me.
That about sums up the weekend, went out with friends and just relaxed and watched basketball. Sad to say Illini are no
longer in the tourney but the Terps are atill in it, so that means I am still alive. GO MARYLAND!!!!
3/22/2K2
Team #2 advances to the final 4...whoo hooo!
We actually played I think I our best game last night, so as Ken told me, " we hit our stride at the right time."
Ummm sure Ken. BUt we have been playn bad before this, so maybe its gonna happen. Just as I was writing this I noticed the
date. The 22nd in the year 2002, and we are team 2...mmm coincindence??? Probably.
Illini also plays tonite to see if they are going to make it to the Elite 8. My heart is pulling for them but my wallet
has other ideas. Still have a slim chance in my office pool, but come to think of it I don't think many people have Illini
winning tonite, so maybe it will wash everyone out. We'll just have to wait and see. Al asked me to tape the game for him
tonite cause he is going to be there with some of his other buddies, not sure why I have to tape it... guess he thinks he
might be on t.v. or something. I asked him and all he said was "Just tape it". So I guess there is my answer.
Normal plans this weekend, just goin out with friends, since the "break-up" its been nice seein' my friends
every weekend. Makes me realize that I really wasnt happy before the "break-up".
Have a good weekend everyone and lets go ILLINI!!!!!
I-L-L.............................I-N-I
3/21/2K2 (Day two of Mary-less Apartment)
I now am experiencing the first full day of having the apartment to myself. Don't really have any big plans while she
is gone but it's just nice to have the place to myself.
What is with this snow??? Was watching the news this morning and they kept reporting all these accidents. What, since
we had such a mild winter did people forget how to drive when it snowed? I guess so. Had an eazy drive myself, stay off the
expressway and mostly on side streets, so those weren't bad at all.
Got the big volleyball playoffs tonite, ended up in 3rd place, not too shabby. Only thing is the next round is tomorrow
night. Why would they schedule them on a Friday night? Guess they want the people that have the desire to play to show up,
so I guess that is why I am prolly skipping out. Don't think we have a chance so I really don't feel like wasting my Friday
night.
A week and a half till opening day. Best time of the year in my book cause it's the only time the cubbies always have
hope. This year think they actually could contend, but we shall wait and see.
Al is headn up to Madison this weekend to see the swet 16 and Elite 8, coulda joined them but other plans are keeping
me in chi-town. Should be a good trip, unless Illini losses Friday night...
Changed the color for Illini, even though I didn't go there, alot of close friends and family attended, so gotta support
the Fighting Illini, that is unless Michigan is playing them.

Yes I am still alive. After 2 weeks of no updates I am back to sum up what has been going on. Grandfather is still recovering
at home from his bi-pass surgery. He has been doing really good but had a rough day yesterday, I guess after awhile of just
sitting in the house you get kinda bored and depressed. Heading over there after work tonite to see how he is doing.
Had a pretty fun weekend. Friday ended up going up to sweet home DeKalb to visit Jeremy with Ren and Ken. Going up there
we knew it wasn't going to be that great of a time because of one, it is DeKalb but second it was NIU's spring Break. I figured
though just getting together we can make our own fun. Well, we lived up to it. First stop was Molly's, met up with some of
Jeremy's co-workers there. We ordered the first round and it came to $9. Yes nine bucks for 4 drinks! At that point I knew
it was going to be an ugly night. One of Jeremy's co-workers took a quick liking to Ken. Now for some reason Ken always seems
to catch the eye of the older women. This "friend" of Jeremy was 34 and had 4 kids. But she wanted a little action
from sweet ol' Ken. The funny thing was is that Ken had mentioned to us before entering Molly's "now guys, if you have
a fetish for older women, tonite would be a good night to fullfill that." Little did Ken know he was soon going to have
that opportunity. A little flirting back and forth but all harmless. After awhile went to Otto's. Now on a normal Friday night
this place is packed and has a great band playing. Tonite...nothing! After some coaxing ended up at Busters. Nice bar and
cheap alcohol. Closed that out and took the walk w/Ken to Burritoville...mmm burritos!!!!!!! I will stop the night here to
protect the innocent. Woke up about 9 and since I drove Ken up there he was ready to go, so that meant I was ready to go.
Had a pretty calm saturday, pretty much watching basketball and sleeping...getting ready for SUNDAY!
Sunday morning, arrive at Kerry's and start making Bloody Marys...mmmmm nice!
Make it to the South Side parade about 10:30 or so and began to drink.
Walked to the parade from a party we were at about 12:30...5 minutes later realized..ok we need to find a bar. Now before
I go any farther let me just inform everyone I was the only guy with 4 other women, one being my sister but still...1 guy/3
women. NICE!
Decided to go to this bar off of Western, stayed there for majority of afternoon and drank for free. Smart enough to bring
back pack full of alcohol.
After a few hours there started on the treck home. Was convinced now to go out with my sisters friends after we drop off
Kerry..she couldnt hang anymore too tired.
Made it to the bar about 6 or so and comensed back to drinking. From about 7-10 it was just alot of beer and who knows
what else. But all I can say it was me and 3 older women. Living the life of Ken! Decided finally about 11 to head home. After
a good 12 hours of drinking the night was over. Made it home safely about 11:45 and was in bed by 11:55.
To sum up the weekend.... had a fun time ;)
3 days till the next weekend starts and hopefully more fun filled stories. Well back to work, hope everyone has a good
week and will see you at a bar near you.
Later
3/4/2K2
Monday morning again and sore as hell. Got home yesterday about 3 from visiting my grandpa in the hospital, by the way
he is doing very good, and thought..ok I play v-ball at 5:30 till 6:30. I'll just play my one game and then come home. WRONG...ended
up playn all 3 and didnt get home till 9. But I cant complain too much, I do enjoy it and it is a good workout.
Had a pretty good weekend, played some poker on friday night w/ren and his buddies from high school. Al took the trip
with me out to the northern burbs. Started out good and ended evern better. I had one of those nights you remeber for a long
time. Couldnt do anything wrong. I know playn poker doesnt really take any skill and Friday night showed it. I was pulln shit
left and right. I couldnt get a bad hand during a span of like 45 minutes. Ended up walking away with close to 3 bills. NICE!!!!!!!!!!!
Saturday had to come into work to do some final touches on a project that I had been working on for awhile. Yes I worked
on saturday...I feel old. Oh well, gotta grow up sooner or later. After that just went to the hospital for a quick visit
and then to Orland. Watched "Cool Runnings", that movie is hella funny.
What is up with this weather, feels like january out there. Did some snow blowing at my moms. What did people do that
didnt have a blower. That snow was so freakn heavy. Im glad my grandpa was in the hospital, cause if he was out there instead
of getting better I think this snow woulda hurt him bad. But hopefully after a long recovery he will be back out there. Nurse
said he cant be goin on the roof anymore. Think that is a good thing.
Congrats to U of I basketball, pulled one out for a 4 way tie in the big 10. Should be a good tourney this weekend in
Indy for the big ten title.
3/1/2K2
A tuff last couple of days...good news though, my grandfather is doing good. He had bi-pass surgery yesterday. Today he
is back to his old self, he wanted to go golfing today but I told him it was a little chilly out there. Just wanted to put
in a quick update before the weekend started. So everyone stay safe and have a great weekend.
2/25/2K2
Another weekend come and gone as a single man. Pretty busy over-all. Ended up going out with Ken to the usual area...
lincoln park area. It seems like everytime I go out now its in that general area. This is a good thing since Kerry lives like
10 minutes from there, so I always...have a place to crash...thanks again Kerry. Only bad thing is the hershey(her dog) likes
to wake up normally about 8 or so. Not one of the perks stayn there. Saturday went to The Hunt Club, this was not in Lincoln
Park, to my surprise, but on State and Division. Another late night there, met up with a friend from v-ball. Sunday did the
family thing, got a free breakfast and then a free lunch at my grandparents. Was supposed to have v-ball but for some reason
it was cancelled. Any other day I woulda been pissed but after the last 2 nights stayn out it was a nice change.
ok gotta cut this short kinda busy today...yes that is right...IM BUSY!!!!!!
2/20/2K2
Ended up going to Harry Carey's last night. Had a pretty good time, nothn all that great, but did get some free beer though,
thats always a plus. Went with Al and Mark, it was nice since Mark wanted to drive so al and I were able to drink. Which turned
out to be alot more than I expected, but it didn't help neither of us hadn't eat'n anything since lunch, but that made it
more fun. Check out the new page I added, chat room, its a new feature here. Its kinda messes up but leave a message or whatever.
And when you are done you kinda get stuck going to another web-site but I dont know how to fix it. Oh well
2/18/2K2 Another achey monday for me.. after 2 hours of volleyball last night I find myself in the same situation I do
every monday and friday morning now. But it is getting better every week. Visted Harry Carry's this past friday and found
out the hard way to always...and I repeat always ask the price of something if it isn't on the menu. But I did enjoy my lobster.
Something else I found out while at Harry's, this tuesday is 4 year anniversary of his passing. I guess they are going to
try to break the world record of the largest toast to a single person of around 370,000 people. If you check out http://promotion.citysearch.com/chicago/herestoharry.html
you can learn more about it. There are supposed to be alot of celebrities there also, everyone from Billy Murray to Andre
Dawson. Not much else going on, had a nice relaxing, cheap(except for the lobster) weekend. I've gotten to that time
where I don't feel like I have to go out every night... and it doesn't bother me I dont have a g/f. I think i'm actually having
more fun being single. Later
Toast To Harry!
2/15/2K2 Experienced my first V.Day by myself in like 4 years...and it wasnt all that bad. It makes you realize how much
of a lame ass holiday it really is. I did get to watch some of the Olympics last night, I'm not sure which event made me laugh
more, the women's ice hockey, which was U.S.A. vs. China or the men's curling event. The women's ice hockey was high comedy!
I turned it on with about 5 minutes to go and it was 12-1. The score didn't even tell half the story, you needed to watch
it to get the full effect. Now you have to give these girls credit just for strapping on skates and goin on the ice, but it
looked like NHL vs. pee-wee league out there. Every time one of the u.s. women skated by a Chinese women she fell down. You
almost felt bad for them. My only question is, how did they score that one goal??? Now as far as Men's curling... alot
of people joke about it and say how its a stupid "sport". How many of those same people play either horse shoes
or my families favorite game "washers"? The only difference I see is that you got 2 guys with brooms helping the
"stone" get down the ice. I actually sat and watched last night and all you need is like a six pack at each end
and you are set. Al and I were joking about how you are gonna be seeing guys on the corner with frozen chickens and some snow
brushes playn. So next time you are in the south burbs and you see a couple guys flinging frozen chickens down the road, don't
wonder why.
2/11/2K2 As Ice Cube once said, "Today was a good day", I have to use that to describe this whole weekend. It
started off very good, ended up goin to chilis w/al before heading to some bar up in Libertyville for kevins g/f Katies' b-day.
Had some high hopes for the evening, but as i walked in the door, the hopes where turning around and headn back home. But
as the night went on they seemed to creep back in. HIGHLIGHT #1 OF THE NIGHT Ren and i got our tab paid for by some
bustas that said some evil things about one of the ladies there, so they broke out kinda quick and didnt even bother to check
there bill before putting it on there c.c. VERY NICE!!!! Thats an xtra 40 bucks in my pocket After they closed ended
up in some White T bar, high comedy my friends! cant even put it into words, except if anyone has been to a towny bar
back in DeKalb.... HIghlight #2 OF THE NIGHT Night ended as ken and i were reciting lines from the movie "swingers".
On to "Day 2" What was with the nfl sneaking in the pr bowl on saturday, did anyone know this was actually
being played? Went out to H.O.B. for the concert that was mentioned on friday, some good music, good alcohol and good
people. Took a shot of JIm Beam and I thought the evening was all over, but I pulled myself together and continued. HIGHLIGHT
OF THE NIGHT While standing and conversing I notice a couple ladies making there way towards us, as they got closer we
moved a little so they could pass. As they did, the first girl seemed to have all of the alcohol she consumed go right to
her brain... needless to say she fell/slid right into me and made her way to the floor. Now this is where it got interesting,
on the way down she was trying to hold herself up.... i'll leave it at that. After they continued on I just stood there
and had everyone in our group just look at me with this look of... what and the hell just happened. All I could say was, "do
I need to pay for that or does that come with the ticket?" A quick stop at this club Visions, which is near H.O.B
and then back home for the night. To sum up the weekend, I will tie in the olympic theme: For friday eveing I give
it a 7.5 Saturday evening a 6 but give it an extra .75 for a nice breakfast the next morning. so for the weekend we
give it a 14.25 not too bad in my books. later
2/8/2K2 Updated a few pics on the 2k2 pics page. Had that roll for about 3 months and finally took it in this week. Had
a few more pics from LSD at night but I guess my $12 fuji camera doesn't like takn pics at night, oh well. Busy weekend coming
up...actually i have been very busy the last few weekends..coincidence...? Goin to House of Blues on Saturday night to
see "Wish", which is a band that has a member that my sister and I went to high school with. Should be a good time.
Snow meltn'... just counting down the days till i can get back on the course. Want to go get my nappy car washed but
I know its just gonna get all salty after this weekend when its supposed to rain/snow. Just gotta look at it like this for
another week or two. everyone have a good weekend...later
2/5/2K2 A few observations I made while visiting the mens bathroom this afternoon. • 3:30 p.m. is a busy time to
take a shit • How do you use those seat cover things they give you...do you put it down with the hanging piece in front
or back? When do you place it down, before you unzip or after? • Does anyone know what a courtesy flush is...come on
guys • Just because you have toilet paper right in front of you, can't you wait to blow your nose till after you are
done... there are just too many things wrong with that one • Last but not least... isn't there a code where you do not
talk to others in the bathroom, especially those not in the stall area. Other than that not a whole hell of alot goin
on these days, just waitn for the snow to melt and the cubbies to start playn. update on the living situation...one minute
its ok next who knows. so to sum it up, i just keep to myself and let her talk to me. later
2/4/2K2 WOW!!!!!!! The Pats pulled it out, I guess they are the team of destiny this year. I think that is why the
Bears didn't make it... the pats just had bottled up all the luck ad used in the Super Bowl. It wasn't the most exciting game
in the the world, but it did have a little twist to it, which surprised everyone... I guess this gives us cubs fans some
hope...or not. I wonder how many people in Vegas are stuck there cause they just lost all of there money bettn' on the
rams and dont have a plane ticket now... high comedy i bet!
2/1/2K2 It's the first of the month..get up get up, cash your checks and... sorry about that. Just had a song in my head.
Super Bowl weekend..whoo freakn whoo. Could you just imagine Chicago, if the Bears were playn? The city was all hyped just
making the playoffs, people would of been just combusting with excitement, woulda been ugly. Instead we get to see one of
the best "Arena" football teams playn' against, as al calls them, the new "Americas Team". He does have
a good point, they are called the Patriots, there colors are red, white and blue... but I dont think that Marshall and Kurt
could give two shits if they were playn against the country itself. They are gonna cover that 14 point spread twice over.
Maybe im wrong, and I hope I am for the sake of wanting to watch a good football game, but it should be over by...actually
I think its already over. I think I just saw Kurt sayn he was goin to Disney World. On another note, snow is still with
us.. and its really not too bad, but I guess when you have a heated garage and a nice parking spot at work it doesnt affect
you. Talked to a couple of fellow Aon employees and they said the walk from the train station yesterday sucked big time, one
time I am glad I work here in Glenview. Gotta get goin, I think the super bowl pre-game is getting ready to start. Later
1/31/2K2 Snow...thats all everyone is talking about today.. "how much did you get?"... "i got stuck in
a snow drift"... Like this is something new people, you live in Chicago.. ok most of the people that read this do. But
after this "Arizona Style" winter, we've all turned into a bunch of old ladies. after that being said... yes i
also got stuck tryn to get outta my garage, and to make things worse, as soon as i got stuck, half-way into the alley, a snowplow
pulls up behind me... 5 minutes earlier and i woulda been fine. now its like 40 out and raining... guess the roads are
gonna be like a giant ice rink tonite. nothn else goin on, just wanted to bitch about this "normal" weather later
1/28/2K2 After weeks of anticipation I finally wrote my poem for the college bowl pick'em. The game was College
Bowl pick ‘em 2001 It seemed like it could be lots of fun Dad didn’t want to play for money Cause paying out to
his children didn’t seem very funny So he decided on a more creative payout One where we didn’t have to scream or
shout Writing a poem seemed like an idea to Dad So not playing for money didn’t leave him sad After the first
few games played It looked like dad’s picks would be saved A big lead he did enjoy Especially one on his only
boy A slim lead he had on Kerry But the rest of her picks looked mighty scary To the final games did the
pick ‘em come And all dad could say is “I Finally won!” Weeks have passed since the final gun But writing
this damn poem wasn’t very much fun So I finally write this to the winner I guess this is better than buying him dinner
1/25/2K2 My dad, my sister and I had a little bet for ESPN.com's college bowl pick'em this past year..and the loosers
were to write a poem about the winner. Well my dad ended up winning... so here is Kerry's poem: Dad So,
you won the game for the college bowl You picked some teams you didn’t even know. Another fantasy game again we play
Another time the winner we don’t even pay. You’re back at work now without Internet access Time to pay the
lovely government taxes! You work with all the metal and cans Ruining all those golfing plans! You come
home from work and the dogs want to play Sometimes you want to sit after a long, tiring day! You don’t let that happen
for the dogs they do love you When your hands full of biscuits they definitely will follow you! Sports on Sunday
is the only way to go For now that you have cable you can watch every show! Thank you for watching my dog when I’m
away Both Hersh and I love you each and every day!
1/24/2K2 50 Degrees + on Saturday and Sunday... years ago I would've been pissed at it being this warm in January. Man
I bet all those kids that want to play in the snow prolly feel like crap..cause this is the time of the year you expect snow..but
since I am now older.. I wanna go play golf. hopefully it wont be too wet out this weekend for a quick round. no real football
to watch either so why not go play a round. who really wants to watch st.louis run all over the phily d.. but i wouldnt mind
seeing mcnugget throw some interecptions like favre did last week. well heres hopn for a short winter..sorry kids maybe
next year
1/23/2K2 I did write on here yesterday but when I tried to update the page the server crashed...pissed me off big time.
I had written alot and now I can't remember what the hell I was going on about. Probably for the better anyways. To sum it
up I think I was talkn about how everyone thinks its weird that mary and i are still livn together, which it is weird but
neither of us have another option.. so for the next few months... we will be roomates, hoping she goes out of town for her
summer internship. Also, since the bears season is over, and the bulls season never began... i am looking forward now to
baseball season starting. I think thats the only time I am really hapy for some reason. I get so interested in the season
its almost sick. There are times..many times when the cubs don't win and it puts me in the worst mood. Like im going to gain
something out of them winning. But when they do win I am in a great mood, its like the feeling I used to get when I would
go to the boats with al. Dont know why...someone once told me that I need to find a pashion in my life..but it couldn't be
sports..well I think that person is wrong.. just becasue im not interested in classical music doesnt make it to where I need
to find something on that level. Why the hell cant you have a pashion for sports???? anyway..im rambling works been shitty,
weather is shitty... and so is life go cubbies!
1/17/2K2 WOW! What could happen in just a week? Last time I was onhere I was wishing Mary happy birthday...and now im
posting that we broke up. Kinda weird... thats why I havent updated in awhile, kinda busy at work..selln bears tix and then
this week with mary. Good news..sold the tix and have some cash in my pocket, not as much as i would have hoped but more
than I did before I got the tix. Not too much else goin on, just waitn for saturday when the bulls play the wiz and mike,
and then the bears play the eagles. hopefully a good day in chicago sports.
1/8/2K2 I would first like to say Happy Birthday to my g/f Mary. She is now a quarter of a century old...ooooh gettn
old. On a sad note though, I have to report that Dave Thomas(pictured below) passed away last night. The founder of Wendy's
passed away at his home. I would personaly like to thank Dave for a place where I ate many a times up at Northern with Ren.
Where else could you eat for like $4 and be full and still have food left over. Nothing like a .99 1/4 pound double stack
to help out the budget. And the frosties..what and the hell are those?? Whatever they are, they are damn good... and if you
havent tried this... try dipping some fries in your frosty. Its alot better than you would think. Thanks Dave!

1/7/2K2 Bears are Central Division Champs! Wow who woulda thought that woulda happened this year. Most "experts"
picked them as a 6-10 team at best. Even the football guy himself Ken had no hope for them. But that was just because he
is in love with Dave Wandstadt and hates Juron. The playoffs not only make me happy to be a bears fan at this time, but also
that in my possesion I have 8 playoff tickets. One side of me wants them to play the Packers so the tix will be wanted more,
but another side doesnt want them to play the Pack because they have lost to them twice already this year. We shall see,
either way im selln the tix. Not a whole hell lot else goin on these days. Its that boring time between xmas/new year and
spring...its a long winter. There is one day though that stands out...and its tomorrow, January 8th. Its Mary's birthday.
Whoo hoo... i know big excitement huh? back to work now...later
1/4/2K2 I am happy to announce that Mary and I were successfull in attempting to get Bears playoff tickets. Now the big
decision is what to do with them. We both were able to buy four tickets. Mary has decided to sell hers to a broker for possibly
anywhere from $200 to $500 a piece. Me on the other hand have been going back and forth of what to do with them. My first
idea was to go and have 3 others go with me. Then I was thinking, wow I could really use that cash. Then I was thinking about
how fun it would be to go to a Bears playoff game. So then I was thinking about selling 2 and using the other 2. Now I am
back to the idea of using all 4. Such decisions to make. I guess what will help me decide will be how much I could get from
a broker. AL made a good point on selling the tix, which was..."thats a couple months rent and the bear is cheaper at
my place" but then others are saying that it would be an experience that I would probably never forget. So i guess
the bottom line is...would a life-time experience be worth more than $600?????
1/3/2k2 Tomorrow I will try the impossible...get bears playoff tickets. Mary agreed to go stand in line and try to get
tickets for me. I told her if she got them I would let her have one and buy her dinner, but if she didnt get them I would
buy her dinner anyways...ain't I a nice guy. I am not sure if I would rather sell them for probably 3 times face value or
actually go to the game. I guess it really doesn't matter cause the chance of me actually getting the tix is probably very
slim. I will post tomorrow if I got them or not and if anyone would like to offer me a price for them. In other news...absolutely
nothing, I think still half of corporate america is still off for the holidays. Well, it's almost time for my favorite part
of the workday...lunch. Going to go get my car washed, there is so much salt on it and we didn't even get that much snow,
I think they just salted the roads for xmas to make it look like a white xmas. Anyway...off to warm up my lunch, wish Mary
good luck for the tix..who knows...maybe you will be one of the chosen for the other two tickets. later
1/2/2k2 Well the holidays are all over and i'm back at work. It was alot easier this morning then I thought it would
have been. After having the past 12 days off I figured this morning would have been hell, but it wasnt so im happy. Had
a great holiday season, over the past few years it seems that I have enjoyed the week or so before hand more than the actual
day of. I believe that is because the afternoon of xmas is always so hectic. My mom has xmas dinner so everyone usually
comes over 'round 2 or 3 and stays till about 9 or so. The next day is when you realize it just past by. Looking back at
my time off I really did alot and pretty much had the chance to visit with my family and friends. Started off with traveling
down to mary's sisters for a couple days, playn football on xmas eve, goin to my grandmas later that night, havn dinner at
my mom's xmas day, seeing my dad and grandparents the day after xmas, having my sister up to my apt. this past weekend and
finishing it off by goin to al's to watch u of i get there asses handed to them in the sugar bowl and drinking for the first
time in my life some Dom. $100 for a bottle...we didnt really notice anythng different, but I guess we arent really champign
conasuires. oh well, we drank it anyway...and after everyone got there glass we had a little left so al and i had a great
idea to mix it with cool-aid...not sure why but it wasnt too bad. In al's book thats what you call ghetto i guess.
Hope everyone had a great xmas and new years and wish everyone a safe and happy 2k2. later
